Laser Not Firing
Usually related to interlocks, power supply, or laser tube. Start with safety checks before assuming a failed component.
- Confirm lid, door, and water-protection interlocks.
- Run the interlock test and simplified resistor test.
- Document lights, sounds, and test results for support.

Alignment Issues
Beam-alignment problems show up as weak cutting, uneven power across the bed, or visible path drift.
- Check mirror alignment from mirror one through the nozzle.
- Use the alignment tool when available.
- Verify focus after the beam path is corrected.

Poor Engrave / Cut Quality
Quality issues are commonly tied to focus, lens condition, air assist, bed level, speed, power, or material condition.
- Clean the focal lens and mirrors.
- Confirm focus height and bed level.
- Test speed, power, frequency, and air-assist settings.

Common questions
HP Series FAQs.
Which manual covers my HP machine?
One HP Series owner’s manual and quick-start guide cover the HP line. Download them from the top of this page; model pages add machine-specific tests and videos.
How do I align the mirrors on an HP laser?
Run the beam-path checks from mirror one through the nozzle, adjusting one mirror at a time and re-testing after each adjustment. Verify focus only after the beam path is correct.
One side of my engraving is lighter — what changed?
On a large bed this is almost always focus height or bed level. Confirm focus height with the gauge and level the bed front-to-back and side-to-side before adjusting power.

Replacement parts
Replacement parts for the HP Series.
105 parts map to the HP Series. 55 of them fit all 3 models — order any of those without knowing your exact machine. 41 can be bought right now; the rest are catalogued with correct fitment but not yet listed on the store.
The remaining 50 are model-specific — they scale with bed size or wattage. That is why this page hands off to a model page, and what the table below makes concrete.
